• Customers are responsible for providing correct spellings, high-quality photos, and accurate dates for personalized items.

• UpharCraft will not be held responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Product Representation While we strive to show the products as accurately as possible, slight color variations may occur due to screen settings or the printing process on different materials (like wood, ceramic, or metal).

4. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees).

• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

• Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

5. Intellectual Property The content, logos, and custom designs created by UpharCraft are our intellectual property. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our designs is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law Any disputes arising out of the use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
