Refund and Cancellation Policy 

Introduction At UpharCraft, we strive to provide the highest quality personalized gifts. Since our products are specially handcrafted and customized according to your specific instructions (names, photos, dates), our refund and cancellation policies are different from standard e-commerce stores.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Before Production: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placement. Once the design process or production has started, cancellations will not be accepted.

• How to Cancel: To cancel, please WhatsApp us at [Your Number] or email us at [Your Email] with your Order ID.

2. Return & Refund Policy

• Customized Products: We do not offer returns or refunds on any personalized items (e.g., Name jewelry, Photo frames, Magic mugs) because these items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.

• Non-Customized Products: For items that are not personalized, returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original packaging.

3. Replacement Policy (Damaged or Wrong Items) We take great care in packing, but if your product arrives damaged or if there is a spelling mistake from our side, we offer a 100% Free Replacement.

• Mandatory Requirement: You MUST record an Unboxing Video starting from showing the sealed courier bag until the product is fully out. Without a clear unboxing video, replacement claims will not be entertained.

• Timeline: You must report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

4. Refund Processing If a refund is approved by our team (in exceptional cases), it will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
